Background Description
This project was experimental in nature and is in no way affiliated with my current or previous employers.
ToolShare is the demonstrated result of an end-to-end product lifecycle Trace Hardware's New Business Concept. This project required creating an accurate, informative product roadmap to facilitate and communicate the product vision and goals and the steps required to achieve those goals.
Context - Trace Hardware’s New Business Concept Trace Hardware has been in business for 60 years and feels reminiscent of a small-town hardware store, even though it has 10 locations.Trace also has a website where customers can browse merchandise, compare prices, and make purchases online for pick-up at a store location. The company wanted to explore renting tools and equipment as a way to create a new revenue stream for Trace, as well as emphasize its local roots and connection to the community. This led to the development of an MVP called ToolShare.
